1. How long have you been writing? I’ve been writing all my life, but I switched to writing romance ten years ago. I published my first clean and wholesome book last year. It’s been an amazing journey and I can’t wait to see where it takes me.
2. What inspired the book you’re currently promoting? I had an idea about a woman moving to Sweetheart Springs and experiencing the myth of Sweetheart Springs for the first time.
3. Who are the authors who most influenced your work? Monique Brasher is not just my BFF, but also my writing partner for the Sweetheart Springs series. I owe a lot to her for getting my career started in the clean and wholesome romance. As for who I love to read, I would say Cindy Steel has been a big influence.
4. Where do you write, i.e. an office, outdoors, a coffee shop? I usually write at home on the couch with my dog beside me. Since I homeschool my two kids I don’t often get a chance to get out and write outside the house, but it works for me.
5. If you could visit one place to research a book where would it be? I would love to visit Texas or Montana for a cowboy series I want to write.
