Southern sisters (by choice, not birth) Valerie Blankenship, a book reviewer, and Stephanie Edwards, a romantic suspense author gravitate toward mystery, suspense and thriller novels with a touch of romance. That being said, we like to give authors of other genres like sci-fi, romance and books written for children a chance to connect with readers, too, in our Facebook group, Instagram page and this site.
Opportunities for authors
We host author takeovers on our Facebook group from 6 p.m. EST to 9 p.m. (almost) every Thursday. These spots fill up quickly, but authors are welcome to reach out to us to reserve a takeover date. We’re working on some more opportunities to get your writing in front of readers from blog writing to videos.
